Belleville Chamber to Host Annual Dinner & Silent Auction in person in July

May 13, 2021 | Events

The Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce is excited to get to host our Annual Dinner & Silent Auction on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at The EDGE in Belleville.

This will be the Belleville Chamber’s first indoor event since March 2020. The event is normally held in January but was postponed this year due to COVID-19 regulations. The last one was held in January 2020 with over 400 in attendance. This year’s event will be able to host 300+ while keeping to current event regulations by spacing out at The EDGE using their upstairs event space and streaming live to their theaters where other guests will be able to watch from the comfort of their lounge chairs on the big screen. The silent auction will be held virtually.

“We’re excited to finally see everyone in person and honor businesses and individuals that really made a difference in 2020,” says Wendy Pfeil, President & CEO of the chamber. “It’s a way to celebrate in person and still keep our members and attendees comfortable and safe.”

Nominations are now open for the Business Excellence & Citizen of the Year awards. Do you know an individual or business that went above and beyond in 2020? Who was able to pivot and find a new way to be successful during an unprecedented time? Maybe it was someone who went out of their way to help others who needed it. We want to know! All nominations must be received no later than June 18, 2021.

Sponsorship opportunities and items for the silent auction are also being sought after at this time. Without our business community’s help, this event would not be a success.

Tickets are now available for purchase.

Thank you to our business members for your continued support of the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce so that we can continue our mission of “Advancing Business, Supporting Community.”
