On Thursday, October 24th, along with City of Belleville and lots of family and friends, we were happy to celebrate Charlie’s Place with a ribbon cutting. If you haven’t been to Charlie’s Place since the beautiful renovations that have been done, you should definitely check it out! Charlie’s Place is located at 200 Mascoutah Avenue in Belleville.
After this summer’s flood, Belleville Area Humane Society is in need of some basic stuff for their day to day operation. If we all come together, we can show some BIG LOVE for our furry friends and for the wonderful people that work and volunteer at BAHS!

What began as a dream for Wendy Pfeil and her Chamber Team, became a reality! It was a memorable night in Downtown Belleville at The Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce 100th Anniversary Celebration. The weather was perfect and our guests were truly dressed for the occasion! The celebration kicked off at Space’s for drinks and appetizers. As everyone mingled out into Main Street to find our seats, we were delighted by the gorgeous flower arrangements by Eckert Florist and Grimm and Gorly Florist and treated to music by the BTHS District 201 Band. Dinner by Papa Vito’s, Copperfire, Tavern on Main and desserts by Sweet Cakes and Sugar High, were served by the group of helpful students from BTHS District 201.
