After 10 ½  years, we are both delighted and saddened that our Office Manager, Beth Tucker, is retiring.  She has been a true asset to our Chamber team and she will be missed greatly.  Her last day is May 31, 2019. Call for Sponsors & Vendors at the Education Committee’s Annual Back to School Fun Fair

On Wednesday, August 7th, the Chamber’s Education Committee will host their annual Back to School Fun Fair at Belleville West High School from 5-7 p.m. Students from the Belleville elementary Chamber Member schools* and their families will be invited to attend. Families in attendance will receive valuable information from our business leaders while participating in activities that will allow them to leave with a backpack full of school supplies in preparation for the new school year. The event will celebrate the new school year with games, activities, snacks and more. The Education Committee hopes to provide up to 1,000 backpacks for our school-age children, but sponsorships and vendors are essential to the success of this event. Once again the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with other local chambers (O’Fallon-Shiloh, Collinsville & Troy-Maryville-St.Jacob-Marine) to host this year’s EmpowerHer Women’s Conference at the Gateway Center in Collinsville. Belleville’s Old Town Farmers’ Market is ready to kick-off its 20th Season on May 4th with what will be the best year ever! The Market pops up every Saturday through November 2nd from 7:30 am—noon on the first Block of South Charles.
