Over 400 business and community members joined the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce Thursday night for their Annual Dinner and Silent Auction at the St. Clair County Event Center where the Chamber awarded seven area leaders in the community. Breakthru Beverage & The Callison Family, Eckert Florist, FKG Oil Company, and Hanks Excavating & Landscaping, Inc. were awarded Business Excellence awards. Terri Dambacher (CompuType IT Solutions), Susan Barsaloux (Chiro-med Belleville), and Mark Turner (Memorial Hospital) were awarded individual awards. Terri Dambacher, the recipient of the Ambassador of the Year award, served as Chair of the Ambassador Committee in 2019. She has volunteered with the Chamber for multiple years and been involved in many different Chamber events. She has also been a multi-year participant in the Chamber’s Total Resource Campaign. The trees are changing colors, it’s getting darker outside and the temperature is falling. The holidays are quickly approaching and we are starting to reflect on the last year and think about what we are thankful for this year. Here are some of our staff’s thoughts. What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?
