Independent Contractor (will receive 1099 at end of year) Compensation: $12,600 Belleville Main Street (BMS) is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a committed individual with impressive skills to efficiently manage all event aspects from conception to clean up. Currently BMS organizes and executes approximately 14 events/year. These events are: February8th: Chocolate on Main March15th: Lucky Leprechaun 5k27th: Art Stroll April12th: Kids Day26th Homebrew & Music Walk May10th: Art Stroll30th: Main Street Senior Day June28th: Craft Beer Walk July24th: Art Stroll October17: Main Street Senior Day November8th: Art & Wine Walk29th: Small Business Saturday December12/13th: Downtown Cookie Stroll18: Christmas Stroll Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate all event details such as sponsorships, event organization, marketing, catering,entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotionalmaterial, volunteers…
